General Conditions of Sale (GTC)

1. Subject matter
These Terms and Conditions govern the booking of accommodation offered on the site https://www.villas-papillon.com (hereinafter: « the Site »), edited by Dominique OBIN and Marc POTVIN, located in Anse at La Barque – Saint-François, Guadeloupe.

2. Reservation

  • All reservations are made directly via the Website or by e-mail contact at villaspapillon@gmail.com.

  • The reservation is confirmed by exchange of emails with the owners.

3. Rates and payment

  • Prices displayed are in euros and include applicable taxes.

  • Payment is made on arrival or by transfer according to instructions provided by the owners.

  • Rates can be changed before booking confirmation.

4. Cancellation and refund

  • Any cancellation must be notified in writing (e-mail).

  • The cancellation conditions are specified at the time of booking confirmation.

  • In the event of a non-show, owners may charge a cancellation fee for part or all of the stay.

5. Stay and responsibilities

  • Access to accommodation is granted according to the dates and number of persons indicated when booking.

  • Clients are responsible for damage to rented property during their stay.

  • Owners cannot be held responsible for weather, natural disasters or circumstances beyond their control.

6. Changes in stay
Any changes in booking (dates, number of people) must be validated by the owners and may result in availability adjustments.

7. Personal data
The information collected is used only to manage the booking and customer relationship. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.

8. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. Any dispute concerning the interpretation or execution of the Terms of Reference will be referred to the competent French courts.
